The factory boasts three fully automated production lines and has introduced eight advanced pieces of equipment dedicated to manufacturing evaporators and condensers—key components for both household and commercial air conditioners—as well as copper piping systems. Additionally, the company has seamlessly integrated six independently operating production departments: the Evaporator & Condenser Department, Injection Molding Department, Electronics Department, Motor Department, Painting Department, and the Final Assembly Department, which oversees the complete product assembly process. As a result, the factory can produce 1,500 mobile air conditioners and 2,000 dehumidifiers daily.
Major export customers include Plasma Cool from the U.S.; SEELEY from Australia; PPR from France; Hometech from Portugal; Intercoop from Italy; Royal from the U.S.; Germanpool from Hong Kong; and Wilfa from Norway, among others.

As a result, it developed cutting-edge products such as mobile air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and air-source heat pump water heaters—products that are popular in Europe and America. Currently, the company operates eight production lines dedicated to manufacturing evaporators and condensers used in air conditioning units. In 2005, the company introduced advanced electronic equipment, including automatic lead-free wave soldering machines, automated pick-and-place machines, online testing instruments, ROHS testers, high- and low-temperature aging chambers, and various shaping machines. By 2008, the company had invested nearly 10 million yuan to acquire a state-of-the-art high-performance air-conditioner enthalpy test chamber and two multifunctional, fully automated production lines. To tap into international markets, the company has also developed more than ten sets of energy-saving, emission-reducing, and high-performance air-conditioner molds, positioning itself firmly in the consumer electronics industry focused on manufacturing home appliances like air conditioners and other household devices.
