On February 21, Jinhongsheng, together with Dingjiang Intelligent, hosted a Lean Production Project event titled "The Future Has Arrived—Spotlight on Guangdong’s High-Quality Development." The project was divided into six distinct teams, overseen and implemented by Director Peng from Jinhongsheng. Focused on refining the company’s organizational structure at three key levels—corporate, departmental, and team-based—participants worked to clarify roles, responsibilities, and accountability down to the individual level.

Jin Hongsheng, Chairman of Gao Group, mentioned at the event conference: "This year, our factory has freed up 50% of its capacity without compromising value-added capabilities, and we’ve managed to reduce quality-related loss costs by 50%. It’s crucial that we firmly implement PMC management. 'Improving quality, boosting output, and cutting costs'—these are the core objectives of our mission this time. Let’s embrace the 'nail-driving spirit,' daring to push through obstacles and persistently tackle challenges head-on."
Brand consultant and Chairman He Xiaolong shared his recommendations at the event: Whether it’s JIT applied to the entire supply chain process or even implemented between just two specific steps—or even two adjacent positions—companies must optimize their value streams, eliminate non-value-added flows, and enhance the efficiency of value-adding processes.
